Installation & Deployment Services

We offer electrical and civil installation services for the VOC Monitoring System and Autosampler at the last IC of trade premises. We will construct the foundation, excavating a trench for sampling tubes to be laid in a heavy-duty PVC conduit extend all the way to the sample sources under the utility manhole according to regulatory requirements. In addition, we also help in the deployment service for the portable VOC remote monitoring system and autosampler unit.

Calibration Services

Where accurate measurements are required or even critical, the instrument being used must be producing correct and consistent results. Only by regularly servicing the instrument can assure you that it is performing accurately and within the manufacturer's stated specifications. Our dedicated, skilled engineers/technicians will thoroughly inspect and test your instrument to ensure optimum working order.

All meter calibrations are issued with a certificate to ensure that all meters calibrated by us offer repeatable, accurate measurement, guaranteed.

On-site Commissioning Services

Seraya Engineering offer a dedicated workforce of skilled engineers/technicians to come and commission the instrument after you have purchased the instrument from us. We provide on-site commissioning service includes set up, programming and calibration check. The commissioning process provides assurance that the meter is installed and performing correctly within its stated specifications.

Maintenance Service Contract

We offer a maintenance service contract for the equipment is performed as intended and required. Having the service maintenance contract with us, we will help you cover all aspects of maintenance on the equipment, which comprises regular checkups and diagnostics, calibration services, emergency repairs, and a complete set of service documentation.
